Default Cascade in south east Pa?

I was thinking of "growing" my obsession a little bit, and it seems that cascade does well in many areas. I'm not into really hoppy beers, so having large amounts for dry hoping isn't my goal. It's more about giving it a try. Any thoughts on the best or easiest hops for the beginner? I live on top of a mountain (big hill really...1000ft above sea lvl) with very sandy soil and acidic well water. Any input would be greatly appreciated as I'm looking to get a pre-order in soon.

I grow cascades in the flatlands of the cumberland valley, my cascades grow like crazy when I water them enough.

I'm in central PA. My cascade grow great. Just make sure you give them room to grow.
