Default bug id

Anyone know what this is? I see them pretty regularly hanging out on the hops and am not sure if they're good guys cleaning up bad guys or if they're the culprits that are munching holes in my leaves.

Appears to be some sort of fly (long legged maybe). Probably harmless to your hops.
