Default Back yard Hops

Ok so I started last year and then dissappeared. Lots happened. First of which my wild hops are growing well this year. Leafs look like marijuana leaves. My three other beds, 80 feet long are of Chinook varierty. To see all my pictures: Flickr: camcaldwell
Two years ago I got envovled with Colorado State U and have been sending wild hop rhizomes to a research farm in western Colorado town of Hotchkiss.

I am learn more and more about what it will take to start an organic hop farm.

I grew up in West Virgina but have been in Colorado for 28yrs. I was wondering if the Kentucky tobacco farmers could grow hops as a cash crop?
