Default Anyone ever plant with epsom salt or put it in the water

I know Epsom salt is great for gardening but is it okay to use on hops?

Epsom salts are just Magnesium and Sulfate ions. If your plants look like they are lacking magnesium or sulfate, then epsom salts would be recommended, but if the plants look fine, why bother?

Miracle grow then followed by bone meal when they start to flower. This is my current method this year. No leaf problems right now.
