Fermenting: wet-hopped harvest ale x 2, sour cherry mead, imperial chocolate stout and its not-so-small second runnings beer
Aging: oud bruin & a few other sours, acerglyn, a BDSA
Interesting stats. I have a hard time deciphering what story they tell but interesting nonetheless. I did notice that Idaho hops have a tendency to have less seeds and stems than oregon and washington.
