Very Good Brew Weekend

Managed to to brew three batches this weekend- Power Pack Porter, Caribou Slobber and a American Wheat beer for the friends that like just a plain beer. Last Weekend We made 2, 5 gallon batches of apelwein. Cant wait to try it. Also have a White Zinfandal wine beside the apelwein and the 2 small buckets are experimental wines lol.

It was some work but dang if it does not get gone so fast.... I want to try to start stocking some up. The apelwein is a long term project so it will just sit for awhile. I really want to start kegging. Bottling is what I dislike the most. I love the brewing and it was great weather this weekend in South Carolina for it.

I know what you mean about stocking up. I's hotting up here in Thailand and I am about to brew another 6 gallons, which will bring my stockpile to about 24 gallons
