I'm boiling down a gallon or so of the amber...gonna get my color (was hitting it lower than i thought) and some wonderful flavor:

Yuri built some conicals some time back and I was lucky enough to get to buy two of them:

A friend bought one and never used it, so I bought it back. It's currently being outfitted with sanitary fittings.
