Waiting for the sparge water



Getting ready to mash in



Overheating the mash water (i don't preheat, i just let it wander down)



10 oz of hops ready for the boil

2 oz of simcoe and 2oz of cascade in at 10

and 2oz of simcoe went in at 0min.
all in all it looked amazing. smelled even better, and the wort was beautiful!

went out and bought a better bottle for it too

i hit 1.085 which was about 68%.. not bad, not bad at all.
