Default Thanksgiving + Christmas Ale Pics

Just wanted to share with you guys a couple of pictures from Thanksgiving (amazing turkey) and my Spiced Holiday Ale brew day (3rd brew so far and I'm definitely addicted). Also, please note the small amount of space my apartment allows for this hobby...

Hope everyone had a great holiday.

Cool! Smoked a bird myself! It's the ONLY way to fly (although Les Nessman demonstrated that they can't fly!) (& you're old if you get that one!!!!)

WHATEVER you do, HIDE some bottles of both of your spiced beers. They are awesome after 6 months, and incredible if you sit on a few for NEXT years holidays. I've found 3 months is a minimum (if it has ginger anyway) and 6+ is heaven.

Smoked a bird as well with cherry wood logs, was a long day and I cranked out a X-Mas ale as well.

I used cherry wood as well, gave a great slightly sweet flavor and a deep color...

Brew-boy, is this what it feels like, when doves cry?
