Default Some pics from my brew last night

Did an Oatmeal Stout Partial Mash with the girlfriend.

The Beer fridge. Candi Sugar I made, ice for use with the wort chiller, frozen bottles for fermentation temperature control.

Fridge area. High life is my room mates. EZ-cap bottles have my honey amber ale. And some Trappist yeast I just harvested on the top right.

Best purchase I did so far. Helps filling up carboys, pots and buckets and cost about $5 to do.

The mashing area. This moves between the dinning room and TV room depending on my mood. My brew table given to me by a friend. Need to thank him with some beer as it's a great help.

Me not trusting either of my thermometers. The digital one is out after this night and will only be used as a timer. I need a new one.

The boil area.

The kitchen setup to handle the hot wort and transfer.

One of my favorite beers. Been drinking it a lot lately. Want to try to brew something similar to it.

Looks good big snake. I really like the setup. I appreciate the simple setups. Don't get me wrong....I love all of the single tiered, plumbed, polished, automated rigs that some of the other members have. Who doesn't?

What I'm saying is that it's nice to see that it doesn't have to be that complicated. You're mashing in your living room, boiling outside, and chilling (and even with a pre-chiller) in your kitchen sink. And you're still reaching the ultimate goal: making beer. Prost!

Nice thread Snake.
