I made a "mash" or syrup out of rhubarb, a small amount of strawberries, and table sugar. Then added it to an IPA that I had made on the 7th day of fermentation. Then set for an additional 5 days before bottling

It was only a 2 gallon trial batch and is all gone now. I'm gearing up for a 5 gallon batch now as well as a few other beers. Then I will invite for tastings
so how did it taste?
Myself and 20 other people think it turned out really great. So I'm going to do a 10 gallon all grain version
