I brewed a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone and the Brewer's Best PSA IPA for my first two brews. Here are some pics I took to document the process/fermentation.
The SNPA clone I did primary fermentation in a bucket, and then transferred to my carboy for secondary fermentation. This beer has now been bottled for a week and I tried the first one today (yum!).
The BB PSA IPA I decided to just use a primary, and went with my carboy. It's been really interesting to be able to see every step of fermentation through the glass window! I was impressed by the amount of action going on in there; it looked like the muddy Mississippi river churning around.
I'll continue to update this Flickr set as I brew more and more (and more and more ).
