Default Palm Sunday Brew Day

I don't know how Palm Sunday related a Kolsch is but since spring is upon us I thought I had better get a batch of one of my favorite spring and summer sipping beers on hand.

Flame on!

Group shot while transferring our strike water

Dough in

Looking inside the mash tun

Handing off the camera to show that I do more than just take pictures

Having a few beers while we the worts boils

Two minutes to flame-out, time for our last hop addition

Smell those hops (all four ounces )

Cooling down the wort and transferring to the carboys

All cleaned up and starting to ponder our next brew day

Thanks for looking.

Brilliant pics, looks like you and your mates had a great day.
I ask you, is there a thing to do with a day off than brew with good friends?
