Red Planet Honey Ale.
5.7% ABV.
I was going for something a little redder in the Amber family, but, I couldn't be more pleased with this beer. It's tasty, and has an underlying sweetness to it from the honey added to the boil. It still needs a little more time to develop in the bottle, and if I had to do it all over again, I'd have put it in the secondary with some orange and corriander to make a nice spring-type ale.
