Default My Fermenting Beer!

From Left to Right: English Pale Ale, Oatmeal Stout, and Dunkelweizen.

The English Pale Ale looks a little dark in the photo, but it's much lighter than that.

This is the first time I've ever had 15 gallons going at one time so I had to post a picture!

nice, what kind of timing do you have between them? That could be a LONG wait if they are all just starting!

I brewed the Oatmeal Stout and English Pale Ale on January 10th. I moved the EPA to secondary last night as I was brewing the Dunkelweizen so I'll let that sit in secondary for another two weeks and then bottle. I'm going to bottle the Oatmeal Stout either later this weekend or early in the week and I'll let the Dunkelweizen ferment for 3 weeks and then bottle it.
