I made a Brown loosely using Palmer's from the How to Brew Book.
1lb Crystal Malt 40
5oz Chocolate Malt
.75oz Magnum 13.1% @ 60 minutes
1.75oz Williamette 4.5% @ 10 minutes
Whirlflock Tablet @ 10 minutes
White Labs California Ale Yeast (WPL001)
