Default Mead !!
Hi everybody!
I want to show you some pics of my mead...
now it is in the secondary... the OG was 1.111 and after 18 days the gravity was about 1.040...I've used a brewferm triple dry yeast...

very difficult questione....I'm not sure about the translations

anyway I used:

6 liters of water
2 kg of Flower honey (?)
0,5 kg of orange flower honey (?)
0,5 kg of sulla (?) honey
1tsp of orange peel
