Posted the label in the label forum and now I'm putting up this video I completed last night. Mostly shows a bit more of my brewery and some of the 'different' techniques I used to make this bier. The one thing I left out of the vid is the fact that I hit 86% efficiency which is why the FG was initially so high. Hope you like bagpipes, enjoy.
