Despite the snow, and Despite most everyone bailing on me, I did brew my Magic Hat #9 clone and here are some pics:

Ghetto Blowoff, but its a goin strong!!


One issue with this brew, I ended up steeping a full pound of crystal 60l instead of th half pound the recpie called for, so its gonna be darker.. we will see what happens!!

You gotta love dogs, they'll NEVER bail on ya. You'll be fine with the extra 1/2 pound of crystal. You'll have a slightly darker beer, but WGAF, right?
