I can't tell from the pic, but do you have drain holes in the skirting at the bottom?
There was a thread a while back about gas building up under the skirting on a keg that had no holes and blew up. Not trying to be alarmist, its an easy fix.
thanks for the warning, i saw that post as well and immediately checked my kegs. there is a vent hole, you just can't see it in the black burned sugar smudge....

- 1/2" Blichmann SS ball valve
- 1/2" x 3/8" SS compression fitting
- 3/8" SS racking cane cut to size for pickup tube
- SS braid to filter hops, slipped over pickup tube with SS pipe clamp to hold in place
- 1/2 SS Quick disconnect to easily attach my counter flow chiller to the kettle at the end of the boil.
- 1/2" FPT x 3/8" tube copper adaptor to attach SS quick disconnect to my chiller
- Weldless bulkhead
Don't know the full price but I'd say somewhere around $100-150 Canadian. All the shipping of parts from the states starts to add up!
When I brew again I'll take a shot of it connected to the CFC to get the full picture.
