Kegged my VW Bock and Vienna/Columbus SMaSH. Love the weisenbock after trying on vacation last summer. The SMaSH is PHENOMINAL! Keggerator is now full and happy again!
Then got to brew with my new kettle!!!! Modified BM's Centennial Blonde to use the hops I received from Secret Santa at work. EK Goldings @60 and 40. Willamette @ 20 and 5.
Just wish I had payed attention when calculating volumes. Ended up with 6.25 gallons in primary, SG 1.046! But it looked Awesome!
