Default Irish Red Brewday

This weekend was super nice here in Colorado so SWMBO and i decided we would make an Irish red for St. Patty's day. It was a simple recipe with 10.5lbs of grains. Here are some pictures from the evening.

Irish Ale Yeast Starter


SWMBO and My homebrews: Milk Stout and Belgian Wit


Simple Set up on the back porch.

I grew up in Cary, and went to NCSU for my undergrad. I moved to Colorado last year for Vet school. Yeah there are a ton of good breweries in NC but when i got in Ft Collins i was like good god i am in craft brew heaven.
