Default Infection

Well this was an intentional infection with WLP653.....


Smells very good little smokeyness to it ..couple of weeks and I will bottle it.



new digital with macro looking down the neck of a 3 gallon carboy...

How long has it been infected? I'd be careful bottling it too early...

My first brett is still in the carboy at 1 year this month. I would give it at least 4 more months but more like 6-10 if you have the patience.

The last thing you want is bottles bombs, unless you're taking the time to cage and cork 750 ml belgian bottles or champagne-style bottles.

when I was taking the picture SWMBO offered to clean out the carboy for me since it was obvious that the beer had mold on it and was ruined..... I told I did that intentionally and she said "Your a sick bastard"








At least i have her to the point where she will help out with my hobby
