Thanks guys! I ended up winning a local brewing contest called Top Brewer.
The four finalists brewed Irish Red Ales and I was able to make ~33 bbl's of mine on their system.
It's scheduled to be released next week Monday.

I grew up in Highland Park. Where in St. Paul are you?
Were you at any of the qualifiers?
It is going to be at the Blue Plate Group restaurants for sure. Highland Grill, Groveland Tap, Edina Grill, 3 Squares along with other restaurants around the metro. The closest place to me that I know is the Narrows in Navarre (right by Fletchers). It will also be in Bombers in liquor stores - but I don't know the details there.

I have a feeling MNOSHA would take a dim view of anyone, let alone a non-employee climb that ladder without a harness . The insurance company would have went ballistic if they knew. I'd delete that picture.

I should update my profile, I now live in Maplewood, all of a three mile move. I wasn't at any of the qualifiers but will have to get out and try some as I tend to swing by Groveland from time to time.

I saw that Blue Plate was looking to hire a head brewer not that long ago. I wonder if they were successful and if they have plans to open a new restaurant with a brewpub attached.
