MyLHBS in Falls Church.
L is a bit of a misnomer at 45 minutes with no traffic. It is a solid hour to Flying barrel in Fredneck MD though.

Here's the two HBS in Eugene, OR.

The cool thing about Home Fermenter Center is that it's two blocks south of my house. Makes brew store chores easy.

Here are the two I frequent - Northwest Brewers is a bit of a drive but it's a pretty drive and the owner always teaches me something everytime I go in there.
North Corner Brewing is self service but they are also always willing to pass along tips.
