First glass...

Australian pilsner kit...my first one ever. Beer has been bottled 2 weeks. Couldn't resist but to chill and crack one. Tasted like satans anus when I bottled it, but now its much much better. Another week or 2 and it should be great. Lots of carbonation already.

I still wonder how people know what Satan's anus tastes like. In my entire life, I'm 53, I have never had a desire to learn that flavor.
Congrats looks good.

Are you sure that's your first one? 'Cos that looks like a recently-emptied glass in the background there...
Great work, man. Bottling my first solo batch this weekend, and I'm sure I'll be popping one open before it's completely conditioned, too!

I think you found a name for your beer!

You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline - it helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

I am guessing it would be a little spicy/hot.
