here is my very first brew, i started out all grain. it is a cherry oatmeal stout, so far theres only a tiny hint of cherry, and its only been in the bottles since friday night, this picture is from sunday at less than 2 full days in the bottle.

That's got a nice looking head for only a short time in the bottle.

Stouts really get better with age, I sneak into a lot of my beers early but I won't do it with stouts. Trust me, it's worth it!

thats what i was thinking when i poured this bottle, i was like wow, it poured exactly like a guiness except it wasn't as creamy like. im gonna take a few to the family christmas gathering next week to see what everyone thinks.
