Default Finally ready after 7 months!

Made this Mead(3gallons) back at the Beginning of May. I used 9lb of Orange Blossom honey and backsweetened it with another 1lb of honey when it was done fermenting. I must say this is some awsome tasting stuff! Its on par with Chaucer's Commercial Sweet mead. Ready to bottle and drink. Perfect for those cold winter nights playing Skyrim!

Looks good! I made up a traditional sweet mead back on February and I don't plan on cracking any bottles until next year...
