it's a discontinued model, very close to this one
Haier HVFO42ABL
Wine cooler: Haier 42-bottle
however the temps in the one i have go to 40*-65* so it's perfect for ales, not so much on the lagers, although i would try it, why not!

Lagers ferment at 50 to 55 degrees usually. So ferment in there, bottle or keg, then put in a fridge to lager.
