With a fall spent hunting instead of brewing, I foolishly ran out of beer after sharing the last of my centennial IPA over the holidays. Since I'm bored, I'm taking pictures of anything and everything while I wait. Here's a couple snaps of the EPA sample I pulled yesterday. Recipe is pretty simple, but it smells good & tastes better. This is cold crashing in my kegerator right and it'll have a long, chilly week to clear up until I'm back in town on Sunday. Hopefully it's nice & clear by then
