Default Camper Brewday - Bells Hopslam and Two Hearted

Well... We did a 30 gallon day.... Started around 9am and got done around 8pm... We did 10 gal of Bells Two Hearted, 10 gal of Bells Hopslam and 10 Gal of Miller Lite... I am gonna dry hop 5 gal of it with HBC 342 for giggles...

kegged the Fresh Squeezed... finished out well

Hop are IN.... we should have ordered more...

The Bells Two Hearted and gravity reading... came out a little low... still tasty I suppose

Nothing says a fun brew day more than Riding the Pig...

Using our 05 yeast... this part still confuses me... but it has been working..

Kegging part of our BlackHops Ale... gonna bottle the other half

more in the pipeline

Yoopers Pale Ale dry hopped and ready

and of course Riding the Pig again... my son is the last one to ride...
