I like your set-up! Do you think you could fit a 10-lbs CO2 tank in there? I just bought the same model freezer and I'm trying to size the tank. Seems like 10-lbs would be too tall to fit on the hump, but I just wanted your opinion. Thanks!

You use the same green spray bottle for Star-San that I do.

I think you'd want a collar for a 10#, but even a short one should do just fine.

Those pictures are old, but I still use the same spray bottle. Star San in a spray bottle is the best thing that ever happened to my brewery.

I should update the pictures though, the bottle closet is now the brewing closet, the other half was cleared out and stored in another location. The brewing closet has been turned into storage.

I don't see why you couldn't drill through the lid. There are no coolant lines to worry about. You might need some wood for tower base support, though...

Bsay,

I am considering buying the Holiday, but the model for sale on the Lowe's website (http://www.lowes.com/pd_75729-33112-LCM050LC_4294857904_4294937087_?productId=3042385& Ns=p_product_prd_lis_ord_nbr|0||p_product_quantity _sold|1&pl=1&currentURL=%2Fpl_Freezers%2BIce%2BMak ers_4294857904_4294937087_%3FNs%3Dp_product_prd_li s_ord_nbr|0||p_product_quantity_sold|1) a little different. The pictures in your post show what appears to be a square freezer, while the freezer for sale at Lowe's is more rectangular (22"x28"). Would you mind confirming that this is the same freezer you have?

I see the fermentation area, storage and keezer but where are the brewery photos?
