We use those at work. They create a vacuum and it makes it easy to chemicals out of the bottom of the drum. I have no idea what the spiral thing is though.

Rock Hoppers and their Jimmy Buffet meets Walt Disney Behind a Dumpster Randall Set-up ( tasted good actually )
The Boys from QUAFF Incredible Beers ( well, most of them were good  )
The MIB/FBI slash Suits were protecting and serving.
This one kept me under surveillance most of the night.
