Mash in progress.
Heated water to 165. Turned burner off and put grains in. Temp went up a bit due to hot burner. ( duh) rookie mistake. Held at about 170-175 for about 3-5 minutes before i could get it cooled. Cooled it with chilled water. Got down to about 140 for another 8 minutes before i could get it back to 150. I know these times aren't that long but should i be concerned? or should i just restart the 1 hour timer after i got it to 150?
