yeeeeah, I'm ok with that. I'm going to bottle them in those little 7 ounce bottles so hopefully it'll last a little bit. This was my special experiment a little bit outside my normal beer brewing.

Great setup. I like the artistic photographic work, too.

If I my lend a little a small suggestion...

For the next batch, swap out those stoppers you're using for the universal stoppers. At first it may see like they won't fit, but trust me they will. (You'll avoid that rubber taste in your brew. Smell them and you'll know what I mean)

True that... I did an apfelwine experiment with a gallon jug and those stoppers. I could definetly tell / smell a rubbery taste in it. From now on, I will go a different route.

i have a gallon jug apple cider came in that universal drilled stopper won't fit. so there must be different sized openings.
