I'm trying to convert a Honey Ale Extract recipe to a PM and AG recipe. I'm new to brewing and don't know what style to use. Can any one point me in the right direction? Thx in advance.
I just made a simple APA with honey. Simply consisted of 2-row with a little crystal #90 and 2 lbs. honey for a 7.5 gal. batch. Simcoe to bitter and cascade and centenial for flavor and aroma.
