Default Recipe batch size wrong? Or are my BeerSmith settings incorrect?

I would like to make my first all-grain brew the NB Abbey Clone Recipe below:

Amount Item Type % or IBU
13.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) Bel (3.0 SRM) Grain 74.50 %
2.50 lb Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 14.33 %
0.50 lb Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM) Grain 2.87 %
0.25 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 1.43 %
0.10 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 0.57 %
0.10 lb Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) Grain 0.57 %
0.40 oz Magnum [14.00 %] (60 min) Hops 14.9 IBU
0.50 oz Williamette [5.00 %] (20 min) Hops 4.0 IBU
0.50 oz Liberty [4.30 %] (20 min) Hops 3.5 IBU
1.00 lb Candi Sugar, Clear (0.5 SRM) Sugar 5.73 %
1 Pkgs Trappist Ale (White Labs #WLP500) [Starter 35 ml] Yeast-Ale

Step Time Name Description Step Temp
30 min Protein Rest Add 14.81 qt of water at 132.1 F 122.0 F
30 min Saccrification Add 13.16 qt of water at 197.3 F 154.0 F
10 min Mash Out Add 11.52 qt of water at 205.6 F 168.0 F

When I added the ingredients to BeerSmith, it is estimating an OG of 1.091 for 5 gallon batch size and efficiency of 70%. I feel like this is much higher than it should be for a Belgian Dubbel. Do I have some settings wrong in BeerSmith? Or is this recipe intended for a large batch size (7 gallons)?

Many thanks!

Everyone's systems will be different. When I share a recipe with someone in my club we get different things. Case in point... I just brewed a Baltic Porter for barrell project, and the guy that formulated the recipe was going to achieve a 1.086 on his system. I transferred his beersmith recipe into my program, added my equipment to it and I was looking at an estimated 1.090. You can either adjust for a higher batch volume or adjust your gravity to the strength that you want.
