promash to beertools pro?

I was looking around for the link which has the patch to convert promash recipes to beerxml. I downloaded the link but cant seem to get it to work. I am not that computer savey ( is that right?) Is there a thread that explains how to do this? I would hate to have to retype all my recipes that have been collected . Thanks for the response
