That really sucks, I find it hard to beleive that they can not just send out a quick update to fix that.

Good. Fast. Cheap. Pick two.
It's more that Quality, Speed, and Affordability are continuums and, like a character sheet, you only have a finite number of points to allocate. Dial one up and the other two dial down.

I have a netbook, but I use beersmith, which works great.

Two years later and it still doesn't support netbooks!? I just installed it on an asus eee pc 1015 and can't resize the ingredients window! …wtf!

I think I remember a version for the iphone… maybe even tabs??? Can’t imagine those being able to run beertools pro!? I got used to using it, love how gui is clean looking, but pos for not keeping up with technology (I know, 2011 and I just got a netbook so I’m a little behind but, this one’s dual core )

Brewsmith is cramped on my 22" monitor.... I can't imagine how tiny the text/windows would be on 7" netbook.

That said a quick hex edit and compile would probably make it fit on there, just bring a magnifying glass to brew day.

Screen is 10.1”, 1024x600. Text is very readable and there is room for resizing windows if it would allow for it.

In the beersmith install folder is an xml document titled "Res". Inside there is frame positions and sizes... someone with more time then I could alter that file to fit your screen better or even make it adjustable. Seems like it would be a simple request on their forum?
