Default Joe at Ibrewmaster

Just have to give accolades to Joe at Ibrewmaster. My buddy and I are brewing on our new system this afternoon, and while sitting at work, pretending to be busy I entered our recipe in the software. After digging around for awhile I could not figure out how to add a no sparge profile to my recipe. I sent an e mail to support and over the last fifty two minutes have exchanged four e mails with Joe talking through how to set the software up for my system. Pretty freaking amazing and worthy of recognition

I have said it many times here, and I'll say it again.

Gotta love Joe, and the awesome customer support!

Really makes the difference when selecting a program to purchase.

Not to mention the software rocks.

I use it on my iPhone and love having all of my batch details with me at all times. If I bring a growler or keg someplace, I'm armed with the gory details if someone is fool enough to ask me about it

I added my tun loss number and my grain absorption number to the auto-calculated boil amount and inputted that as the volume for an infusion mash. Not ideal, but it seemed to work. Hopefully Joe will create a no sparge profile for his next update.

I too use and love this program. I wish there was some in depth instructions though on how to change certain values.
