Ive entered the same recipe into ibrewmaster on the iphone and on hopville on the interweb, and i get different numbers for ABV, OG, FG, and IBU's. I was wondering which one is more accurate?

All brewing apps use more or less the same calculations. They may have different default settings for yield and alphas though, hence the difference.
It all depends on your system. I have beersmith and ibrewmaster. I like designing in beersmith and fine tuning in ibrewmaster because my numbers come out closer in the end.
