Default Equipment adjustments in Brewsmith

I'm trying to nail down my AG process with Brewsmith. I have a 48 quart MLT and a 10 gallon brewpot. How do I make these adjustments in the Equipment section?

You can click the 'choose' button next to the equipment and then hit the 'new' button. Name the file and enter your MLT volume (12). BS will automatically set your boil amounts if you want but I usually do it manually. I don't think the program really cares how big your pot is....you'll just have to pay attention to the boil volumes. Hope that helps...it's early in the morning and I may be just talking jibberish.....

Pay attention to boil off rates. I tested mine with five gallons of water boiled for an hour. I measured the volume pre and post boil.

Also, test and measure your systems dead spaces.

BeerSmith has a decent help system to walk you through it.
