Default Can Someone Help with S-04 info?

I somehow managed to delete the entry for S-04 in my copy of Beersmith. I have not been able to learn how to reset my ingredients library, so I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to look up the info for S-04 in their copy of BrewTarget and post it here so I can create a new ingredient in my copy.

On the other hand, if someone knows how I can restore the information for my yeast strains, I'd appreciate hearing that as well.

Thanks
