Brewing software

I was thinking of getting some brew software.

Has anyone used iBrewmaster for the iPad?

Heard good things about Beersmith too.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Unless you have a printing tool for the iPad, you may as well upload beersmith IMO.

The last rev of iPad software does allow for wireless printing. However, the list of wireless printers is very limited. Hopefully, they will expand the printer list that would include mine!

Thanks for the tip for beer smith.

I have iBrewmaster for the iPad. I like it for tracking batches (i.e., when batches are due for dry hopping, bottling, etc.), but it is far less capable than Beersmith or Beertools when it comes to doing the detailed calculations for all grain batches. If you can only buy one, I don't think iBrewmaster would be the best choice.

Another vote for beersmith. I tried promash but I liked beersmith better. There are free trials available so try a few and see what YOU think

I really like Beersmith, all kinds of great tools in there.

Functionally, Beersmith is great. The UI just looks like its straight out of Windows 3.1
