See the OG difference? Did I do something wrong here? I only subbed the 2-Row, but I don't believe that would make a difference.

Thanks in advance!

Your efficiency doesn't match the recipe's efficiency.

Hmmmm I upped it to 75% as per the recipe (I usually get higher). It brought me up to 1.064. It still doesn't add up.

Efficiency. The recipe you have doesn't state it, but clearly it's higher than the 70% in ibrewmaster.

Keep upping it until you get the right OG, then you know that's the recipe's actual efficiency.

Actually, your numbers in ibrewmaster don't add up. Those pound fractions aren't right according to...math. 9.2oz isn't .6lbs. it's .575. 4.4oz isn't .25, it's .275. Those little changes will probably make a difference. I realize each one is off by the same amount (one high, one low) but I wonder what happens if you put them in accurately. I'm not familiar with the software you use, so I don't know. I can try to plug into my spreadsheet if you keep having issues.

I put the recipe into Promash and played with the efficiency.
At 70%, it gives 1.063 OG
At 75%, it gives 1.068 OG (The linked post states 75% efficiency)
At 77%, it gives 1.070 OG

-a.
