I just spent a few minutes reviewing Beersmith's great brewing software. I did a check on the water profiles included in the program from the great brewing centers of the world (Munich, Burton, etc) and found that they are seriously flawed and should be corrected to avoid problems down the road. Many of those profiles have an imbalance in the ions and a brewer will have problems duplicating the profile since they are not chemically possible.

The good thing is that any Beersmith user can find good water profiles in Bru'n Water software and just edit the existing profiles in Beersmith.
