Beersmith water calculations

Whats the cleanest way to get strike water volume/temp, sparge water volume/temp, with grain absorption taken into account?
I found the water calculator but it doesn't tell me how much water for each step of a batch sparge and it doesn't seem to consider absorption. Can someone shed some light on how to calculate volumes for me?
