Default beersmith exports

I'm not really sure if I'm going to word this right but I'll do my best. I see alot of members posting recipes that appear to be from programs kind of like they are exporting the recipe and pasteing it to the forum. The reason I say this is it is showing the Ibu's the mash schedule , etc. which is more than the basic HBT recipe add options. Now for my question how do I get Beersmith 2 to do this ? when I tried I exported my recipe to a folder it saves it as a .bsmx file ( or something like that ) and does not give any options to save as a acceptable format for attachments on HBT. Does anyone know how to do this so I do not have to write it out. Thanks in advance for any input.
