Default Beersmith 2 wont let me change water/grist ration

I am trying to change my water/grist ration to 1.25 in BS v2. I click on the mash step and change it but the change doesnt take and it automatically goes back to 1.568 or something like that. How do I force it to keep the 1.25 rate?

This is a step in the right direction. You will need to edit the mash profiles you are using. You can choose the Mash Prodile you want (light body, medium body, ect, with Batch Sparge, No Sparge, Mash OUt, etc.

Choose your mash profile, then click on it to edit the liquor to grist ratio.

This should work for you.

click on mash profile you want to change
double click "mash in" and change the water/grain ratio to 1.5 click ok
go back to recipe and change the mash style to the one you edited. it wont automaticlly update the recipe you have to do that your self
