I saw this stuff on sale at the local supermarket old orchard apple pie juice with vanilla and cinnamon flavorings added. I had the idea to use this and make it into a hard apple pie cider. Any thoughts or recipe considerations out there? Thanks
sure as long as you can get enough of it to make a batch how many litres can you get? I generally make at least 28 sometimes 56. It takes a bit of time and when you can turn a starch into sugar, then you got something good.
